Registration for ACoP 2009 and the ACoP workshops is closed as we are at maximum capacity.
Registration fees for the conference include all conference materials, meals, and social activities:
- $850 for industry
- $600 for academic/government
- $250 for students and postdocs
Information for ALL registrants
- You will receive emails from one or more email address at @go-acop.org. Please make sure that this domain is added to your "safe list" so the emails don't go into your junk folder!
- Registration fees must be paid with a credit card. Payment in full is due upon submission of registration. Fees include conference materials, breakfast on all three days, breaks and lunch on Monday and Wednesday, receptions on Sunday and Tuesday, and admission to the social event on Monday evening.
- Cancellation policy
- Cancellation before August 12 = Full refund
- Cancellation Aug 12 - Sept 3 = 60% refund
- Cancellation Sept 3 - Sept 20 = 30% refund
- Cancellation after Sept 20 = No refund
- During the registration process, you will have the opportunity to register for more than just the conference!

- Register up to 3 guests ($150 per guest). Guests are invited to our evening activities on Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday nights.
- Buy tickets for the Mystic Shuttle ($20 per person, guests included), which will loop between the hotel and tourist destinations in Mystic during our Tuesday afternoon off.
- You may register multiple people from the same institution as a group. Contact information and a password for each individual is required, but the fees for all registrants in the group will be charged to a single credit card. Please note that only the first (primary) registrant can later modify the registration for the group members, including adding or canceling a workshop.
Information for STUDENTS/POSTDOCS
- If three or more students from the same institution register as a group, they will each receive 10% off the conference registration fee (does not apply to workshops).
- All ACoP workshops have reserved 20% of their slots for students/post-docs at a reduced price. Please make sure that you sign up for the correct price as both the student and non-student options will be shown.
- There are 10 reduced-price student rooms reserved at the venue which should be shared by 4 people. If you want to share a room with other students, please indicate this on the registration form and fill out the required information; the ACoP Student/Post-Doc committee will contact you.
