Exhibitor info

Exhibition at ACoP costs $2000.  The fee includes registration for one representative and an exhibition area (table, chairs, poster board, power) for the duration of the conference. 

A reduced fee is available for academic exhibitors: please contact us at [email protected].

The location of the exhibitors will be with the posters, and adjacent to both the meeting room and the meals. 

Please indicate when you register under "Special needs" whether you will need internet access or any other items for your area.

How do I sign up to be an ACoP Exhibitor?

Sign up during the regular registration process (registration opens October 25 at 11am Eastern time).  Choose Exhibitor as the  registrant type and enter the information for the individual who will be the representative. 

If you have other delegates coming to the meeting, you can register them at that time by adding more people to your registration and signing them up as the appropriate member type (do not sign them up as exhibitor or you will be charged the full exhibition booth fee again!).

If you have delegates that are only coming to man the booth and not attend the full meeting, you may register them as guests.  Guests are invited to attend the evening meals and activities only.
