The  Poster-related Schedule, Poster ID, Presentation Date, Session, Presenter, and Abstract Title is now available. 

Posters should be mounted at the night before the presentation day or in the morning prior to the start of the morning poster session. Posters will remain in place for the entire day, and will be dismounted by the presenters at the end of the day. Presenters are requested to be at their posters during the assigned date and session (details below). In addition to the required morning or afternoon session, the presenters also have choice to present their posters during Lunch/Poster/Exhibits session. Please check the conference program for more details after you arrive at ACoP9.

Required poster presentation time:

Monday:  AM session: 8:00 – 9:00 am; PM session: 3:45 – 4:45 pm

Tuesday:  AM session: 8:00 – 9:00 am; PM session: 1:00 – 2:00 pm

Wednesday:  AM session: 8:00 – 9:00 am; PM session: 2:00 – 3:00 pm

• Posters should be displayed in a portrait mode -  36 inch (3 ft) wide x 48 inch (4 ft) high for optimal viewing. 
• Posters can be mounted on the poster boards using pushpins that will be provided at the meeting.
• Barcodes/QR Codes are allowed on the poster.
