Transport

ACoP has negotiated a special rate for transport between the San Diego Airport and the Hotel Del Coronado.  The Coronado Livery Service charges $15 for the first person and $5 for each additional person in the party.  As comparison, taxis that hold 4 people will cost approximately $30 plus tip.  

The van picks up at "Shuttle Island," located on the median strip when walking out of baggage claim.  When you arrive at Shuttle Island, tell the dispatcher you are waiting for Coronado Livery Service and he will call the shuttle.

A reservation is not necessary but is suggested:

• By phone:  Call 619/542-1924 and make a reservation in advance or call when arriving in San Diego.

• By email: Send an email in advance to [email protected]. 
  Put ACoP Group in the subject line. 
  The first line in the body of the email, should be Attention: Coronado Livery Service.  Include in the message the date of arrival, passenger name(s), airline and flight number,  time of arrival and cell phone if applicable. 

Note: parking at the hotel is available for a daily fee: $10 self-parking and $18 valet parking.
