ACoP 2011 Sponsorship Form

The third American Conference on Pharmacometrics is scheduled to take place in April 2011 at the Hotel Del Coronado just outside of San Diego, CA.  To ensure the continued success of ACoP, we are asking for financial support from the members of pharmaceutical industry, as well as independent service providers who support pharmacometrics, that we know will benefit directly from such an event.  Your company’s sponsorship is welcomed and needed, as we once again have an ambitious agenda with many opportunities for participants to share, network, and build knowledge.

ACoP has achieved great successes during our short two-year existence!  Between the first and second ACoP meeting, overall attendance increased by 40%, and the student attendance has increased by an impressive 140%.  Sponsorship funds were instrumental in attracting this record number of students and post-doctoral fellows (our future modeling and simulation colleagues) to ACoP 2009 by allowing us to offer markedly reduced registration fees, as well as a special academic session and lunch for the student participants.

Over 80 oral presentations and 260 posters have been presented during the two-year run, as well as 8 pre- and post-conference workshops. ACoP’s sponsorship funds were judiciously used to defray the substantial costs of organizing and supporting a conference of this magnitude, and allowed us to provide unsurpassed educational, social, and networking opportunities for our modeling and simulation colleagues at a reasonable registration cost.  In addition, this support allowed us to publish the proceedings of ACoP 2009 in a special supplement of the Journal of Clinical Pharmacology (to be published in August 2010).

ACoP Sponsorship Levels

  • Diamond: $10000 +
  • Platinum: $5000 - <$10000
  • Gold: $2500 - <$5000
  • Silver: $1000 - <$2500
  • Bronze: $500 - <$1000

All sponsors are acknowledged on the website and program, and in several ways at the conference (in the opening session in the slides and on printed signs).   The sponsorship levels define the order of acknowledgement: the highest level sponsors will naturally have the most prominent and first mention, and the logo at the top of the slides/program page.  There may be some additional logo placement at the conference which will be based on the level.

ACoP's business operations are organized and managed through ACoP, Inc., which is a non-profit organization under Section 501(c)(4) of the Internal Revenue Code.

Your financial support of the American Conference on Pharmacometrics is vital to the event's success now and in the future.   Please consider becoming a sponsor of ACoP 2011!    To submit your sponsorship form, please click HERE.
