Lodging

The American Conference on Pharmacometrics will be held at the Hotel Del Coronado. 

Please see our Transport page for a information on a discounted shuttle service between the San Diego Airport and the Hotel Del Coronado.   You may drive to the hotel but please note that there is a daily parking fee: Note: parking at the hotel is available for a daily fee of $10 or $18 (self and valet parking).

There are very few rooms left at the special ACoP room rate of approximately $250 inclusive ($219 plus taxes and fees). After March 7 (Monday), the conference rate is not guaranteed. If you cannot get the ACoP rate online, you may call 1-800-468-3533 to check availability, but please note that if the group rate may no longer be available. 

If you are unable to get the group rate at the Hotel Del, you may opt to stay elsewhere.  The Glorietta Bay Inn is across the street from the Hotel Del and is reasonably priced.

To reserve your hotel room online:

  1. Go to the Hotel Del ACoP reservation page: click here
  2. Select the arrival and departure dates * Please note that the boxes in red/green on the graphic may not be colored properly. The dates for which the (non-student) conference rate applies are March 29, 2011 - April 11, 2011.
  3. Make sure the Group Code "ACoP 2011" is shown and Click Continue.
  4. Select Run of House rate.
    If you are a student select the Hotel del Guest Room (rate $150, students and postdocs only, please!)
  5. Enter the requested information.
    Please make sure if you are sharing a room with other ACoP participants to enter the guest information as well, as the hotel is keeping a rooming list for us. If you have more than one guest (for example, student rooms) please enter the additional names in the Comments section.
  6. Click Book Reservation.
  7. You will receive a confirmation by email.

To reserve your hotel room by phone:

  1. Call 1-800-468-3533 (toll free) or 1-619-435-6611.
  2. Provide the group code ACoP 2011 and the group name (American Conference on Pharmacometrics)
  3. Indicate whether you are reserving a room at the student rate (students only please!) or regular conference rate.
  4. Please make sure you tell the hotel operator the names of all people staying in the room, as the hotel is keeping a rooming list for ACoP.
