
Registration includes all conference materials; breakfast, breaks, and lunch on all three days; receptions on Sunday and Monday; and admission to the social event and beach party on Tuesday and Wednesday evenings.
Fees are defined by three possible categories. Primary revenue source should be the determinant of registration category in cases where more than one may apply:
Registration fees must be paid with a credit card. Payment in full is due upon submission of registration.
During the registration process, you will have the opportunity to register for more than just the conference!
NOTE: You will receive emails from one or more email address at @go-acop.org. Please make sure that this domain is added to your "safe list" so the emails don't go into your junk folder!
If three or more students from the same institution register as a group, they will each receive 10% off the conference registration fee (does not apply to workshops).
All ACoP workshops have reserved a limited number of slots for students/post-docs at a reduced price.
There are 10 reduced-price student rooms reserved at the venue which should be shared by up to 4 people. If you want to share a room with other students, please indicate this on the registration form and fill out the required information; the ACoP Student/Post-Doc committee will contact you.

If you were an ACoP 2009 participant, you may save time by reusing your profile from last year. Just use the same email address and password (your password can be emailed to you if you have forgotten it). You can make updates to your contact information as needed before completing the registration.
If you were an ACoP 2009 participant but your email address has changed, please do a new profile, as correspondence goes to the email address with which you have signed up.
You may register multiple people from the same institution as a group. Contact information and a password for each individual is required, but the fees for all registrants in the group will be charged to a single credit card. Please note that only the first (primary) registrant can later modify the registration for the group members, including adding or canceling a workshop.
Note: There is currently a bug in the Reg Online tool that causes problems when one modifies a completed registration. Please review your registration carefully before submitting. If you need to modify the registration later (add/subtract a workshop, guest, etc) we will post when the bug has been solved by RegOnline customer support.
